Professional tuckpointing tools
Designed for tuckpointing.
White Line Tools are built in Australia with a focus on precision, durability, and craftsmanship.
White Line Tools
White Line Tools is an Australian workshop focused on precision masonry hand tools for the professional tuckpointing trade.
The Foundation Series forms the first production range, built from AISI 1055 hardened and tempered steel, designed for reliable day-to-day trade use. Future ranges will expand into the Signature Series and BLK Series, using upgraded materials and refined handle designs to suit different working preferences and environments.
White Line Tools is built around process rather than mass production. Every single stage is considered, from steel selection through to final finish, with the goal of producing tools that feel balanced, precise, and purpose-built in the hand.
This is a workshop-led approach to toolmaking, where design and manufacturing are closely connected, and every tool is made with real trade use in mind.

The Making of White Line Tools
White Line Tools was developed to refine the way tuckpointing tools are built, with a focus on control, consistency, and performance in real trade environments.
At the core of the design is a fully integrated full tang structure. Each tool is engineered as a single continuous form, where steel and handle are treated as one unified system rather than separate components. This approach increases structural strength, improves balance, and creates a more direct transfer of force and feedback from hand to working edge.
Ergonomics plays a central role in the design process. Handle geometry is shaped to support natural hand positioning during repetitive work, reducing unnecessary strain while maintaining precision and control. The goal is not comfort alone, but controlled efficiency over extended use, where the tool remains stable and predictable in the hand.
Each tool begins as precision-cut steel and is then processed through a controlled workshop sequence including heat treatment, straightening, and hand finishing. Every stage is designed to preserve accuracy while maintaining the integrity of the full tang structure.
The Foundation Series establishes this system using AISI 1055 hardened and tempered steel, designed for reliable daily trade use. It reflects the core principle of White Line Tools: structure, balance, and control built into every stage of production.
Future ranges, including the Signature Series and BLK Series, build on the same integrated design philosophy while introducing different steels, handle materials, and surface finishes. These variations allow for different tactile and visual experiences without changing the underlying structural system.
White Line Tools is built around a single idea: A tuck iron should behave as one unified system in the hand, delivering stability, precision, and control throughout every application.
